Pre-Update 11- Devlog 1 - World Building

The last Progress Update 10, while it doesn't add too much, it's actually mark a big milestone for this project. Becuase now that a whole day/night loop is working. I can now start working on the world building.

In the next couple of updates, I get a feeling there will be more cool stuff as I slowly work on new buildings and new jobs and different behaviours for the NPCs.
