Pre-Update 11- Devlog 3 - Taking a bit longer

Just want to put up a little Devlog update on what is happening.


The next progress update that I was originally planning is actually a 3 in 1 bigger update. (New NPC Job, Animal and NPC Combat Toggle). I should had split it into 3 seperate progress update.


Previously I thought its a good idea to release it all together as it will be more feature rich and presentable. But now it seem to take more time that I originally expected. Next time I probably will go back to do smaller individual progress update.


Still not fully ready yet but getting close now.

I guess not much a suprise now so might as well mention it here.

Had been working on both adding a new NPC job role behavior (The Hunter) and making animal logic - deer (The Hunted).


Was originally planning to show case the whole event sequence from Hunter npc going to the outskirt area, then draw sword and look for beasts to slay, and finally include switching to combat mode and start the hunt. Also linked NPC search area to their perception attribute stats. Will be very cool


Lately, because of needing the logic to switch between the normal NPC work mode (searching beast etc) to combat mode and then switch back while needing to save all states. This cause me having to rewrite quite a bit of logic as well as stuck in some bugs. And so not much to show while I am updating the logical behaviours. Good new is that I almost got it working now!


So hopefully not too long. Maybe by next week I can get the full sequence including basic combat working.
