Update 0.12.0 - Devlog 13 - WIP NPC combat behaviour

Keep wanting to show this but keep encountering more bugs to fix and more tweak to made. Still not fully ready but just want to show the current WIP.
I had start doing the NPC combat behaviour. What is special about this is that the NPC will choose their own behviour base on distance from the player, whether he/she had enough skill charges.
In the future also plan to combine with the personality system so that some NPCs will be more aggressive while other will be more tactical such as will save up skill charges, try surround opponent etc.
Would be cool.
