Update 0.14.0 - Devlog 8 - Emotion and Memory System

This one actually took less time than I expected. Was expecting it will take way longer.
Even thought it doesn't look much, quite a lot of progress had been made.
Reworked target NPC Lite UI. (Now the Player can click LB/RB button to switch between different Info windows.)
Added Emotion System I don't really want to take credit for this one as this is setup by the plugin by Pixel Crusher that I am using and it is well thought out. Each NPCs will now have his/her emotion state. The emotion state are calculated base on the PAD emotional state model. Such as Pleasue, Arousal and Dominance. To put in a more simple term, NPC depending on situations will now have different emotional states such as being Happy, Bored, Distress, Fear and more. And all this will allow NPCs to choose and have their own behaviours.
Added Memory System Also utilising Pixel Crusher's plugin, but this is something that I always wanted to do and will probably expand further. NPC will now retain memories for their past actions as well as other action that the npc witness. This will the create other cool features in the future such as gossips/rumors and dynamic task/quests for both player as well as other NPCs to interact with.
Other changes since Devlog 7: - Converted 2 set of dialogue voice type of all existing dialogues. (Now have 2 male and 2 female voices), still need more for varieties.
- Started rework/experimenting on the existing NPC UI for the opinion system.
- Quite a bit of bug fixes with more to go. Other To-do:
Audio loudness need some syncing and optimse
Keep getting new bugs that need to fix, such as the UI conflict with the dialogue and the diagloue subtitle fade too fast.
